College recruiting education built for athletic programs.

Your athletes want to play in college. Most of them do not know what that actually takes, and most of your coaches do not have time to teach it on top of everything else.

CoachedUp Academy brings a recruiting coach directly to your athletes. Live sessions, real answers, and resources your staff can point to all year.

Your athletes are getting their recruiting information from somewhere. Right now, for most programs, it is not from you.

Who this is for

High school athletic departments, prep schools, and districts that want their athletes prepared for the recruiting process without adding another thing to a coach's plate.

We work inside whatever you already use. SportsYou, Google Classroom, your team app. No new logins for your athletes, no new system for your staff to learn.

What your program gets

Live sessions with a recruiting coach

Athletes hear directly from someone who evaluates recruiting film and talks to college programs. Not a video course. Real sessions, real questions.

Resources your staff can use all year

Everything from the sessions stays available to your athletes and your coaches long after the call ends.

Coverage across the calendar

Fall and spring programming so athletes in every sport get reached, not just the ones in season when you signed up.

Two ways to work together

District

Built for larger districts with athletes across many campuses. Program-wide sessions, shared resources, and a recruiting education track that reaches every athlete in the department.

Program

Built for individual schools and prep programs. Smaller groups, recurring office hours athletes sign up for, and more direct access to a recruiting coach.

Not sure which fits? That is what the call is for.

What a partner program looks like

Why coaches bring us in

It saves your staff time.

Your coaches stop fielding the same recruiting questions on repeat.

It covers your program.

When a parent asks what the school is doing to help their athlete get recruited, you have an answer.

It supports college matriculation.

Athletes who understand the process end up at the right level instead of falling out of it.

Questions we get

How much does this cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your program and which track fits. We will walk you through it on the call. Most programs are surprised it costs less than a single camp fee for one athlete.

How much work is this for my staff?

Close to none. We handle the content, the sessions, and the resources. Your staff shares a link and shows up if they want to. We work inside the platform you already use, so nobody is creating new accounts or learning new software.

Do athletes need to attend everything?

No. Sessions are live but recorded, and everything stays available. Athletes who miss one can catch up, and coaches can point back to specific sessions when a question comes up in the spring.

What sports do you cover?

The recruiting process is largely the same across sports. Levels, timelines, communication with coaches, eligibility, and film all work on the same rules. Sport-specific questions get answered live in session.

Is this just a video course?

No. Athletes hear from a live recruiting coach and can ask questions about their own situation. That is the part a course cannot do.

How is this different from a recruiting service?

Recruiting services sell families a promise about outcomes. We teach athletes how the process actually works so they can navigate it themselves, and we tell them honestly where they stand. Your program brings us in once instead of families each paying a service separately.

What if only a few athletes are seriously recruitable?

That is true at every school, and it is fine. The athletes with real college opportunities get a clear plan. The ones who are not sure get an honest answer, which is the thing nobody gives them. Both matter.

Who is actually running the sessions?

Sean Johnson-Bey, founder of CoachedUp. He evaluates recruiting film, talks with college programs, and works with athletes and families directly.

Can we start mid-year?

Yes. We build the calendar around your seasons.

What do we need to get started?

A call. Twenty minutes to hear about your program and show you what this would look like for your athletes.
